We are currently looking for:

Junior HR Specialist - 6 months contract
Junior HR Specialist - 6 months contract
Location: Kraków, małopolskie

In your role as HR Administrator working in the HRdirect Europe team, you handle the day to day administration of HRdirect related tasks and projects across Europe in order to support our employees and other stakeholders with HR related queries and needs. In addition to supporting the HRdirect initiatives, this position is also involved with small ad-hoc projects.

To be successful in this role, you will handle the following responsibilities:

 

HR Administration

  • Prepare and collect various HR documents (for absences, personal data change etc.)
  • Create addendums to employment contracts in close co-operation with HR senior specialist

 

Client Experience

  • Provide appropriate information on HR policies and regulations to colleagues and ensure timely follow-up ensuring a positive client experience
  • Guide employees through the HR system - the Workday tool (including how to manage time entry, time off, performance management, personal data change)
  • Maintain professional communication with teams involved in new hire onboarding.

 

Sick Leave Administration

  • Collect and review sickness information received from employees and social security.
  • Perform regular data quality audits in HR systems and liaise with employees / HR colleagues if necessary

 

Miscellaneous activities

  • Provide support in HR benefits administration for different BBH locations within Europe
  • Assist colleagues from HRdirect Europe in various administrative tasks (ad-hoc documents distribution, simple reports and data compilation etc)
  • Provide reference letters if requested by employees
  • Support local HR initiatives (wellness campaigns, fairs etc)

 

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work full time
  • Fluency in English and Polish language
  • Experience with desktop tools, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong interest in HR and desire to grow in that area
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Demonstrated passion for team work and commitment to success
  • Part-time/internship experience and/or education in the HR area preferred
