Job Description
What you will do:
- Deal with German or Russian speaking customers and support them in their technical issues related to company's products
- Handle customer inquires via phone and email
- Obtain accurate customer details and update system when applicable
- Give listed compatibility information to customers on company released products
- Check status of repair orders per customer request
- Provide excellent customer management
The Successful Applicant
If you are person who:
- Speak fluently in German and/or Russian and English
- Have customer orientation and experience in that field
- Feel confident with trouble shouting technical issues
- Understand operation systems
- Manage own time, goals & objective
- Have strong communication skills
