Job Description
- Identify and develops organizational capabilities, set tactical goals and shapes the way the team works
- Leads the team to ensure successful management of employee data and effective integration to downstream HR, Payroll and IT solutions
- Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members to achieve business results
- Ensure the team has the right skills and competencies to manage all programs, processes, procedures in compliance with countries payroll/tax regulations
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional operation, technical and corporate teams to successfully manage large-scale projects such as continuous improvement initiatives, technology updates/upgrades, acquisitions/divestitures, etc.
- Develops tactical and operational plans for the team according to the goals, managing its execution, and measuring the results.
- Oversees the successful management of data and payroll processing services to ensure that all employees in the region are paid on time and accurately and that related statutory and governmental duties are met. Drive successful tax reconciliation and year-end payroll processes
- Partner with Finance to ensure all data is efficiently managed into the finance system
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience within payroll area
- Experience in team management
- Solid knowledge of payroll and data processes and best practices
- Strong knowledge in end-to-end HR processes and operations, employment laws and HR practices across serviced countries
- Knowledge of and ability to manage vendor relationships as they relate to 3rd party payroll service providers and service level agreements.
