Job Description
- Perform the continuous development of policies within company
- Work closely with owners in the businesses and corporate functions to develop and policies, procedures, manuals and forms worldwide
- Help implement defined policies and similar
- Ensure that controls/key performance indicators are implemented and used as defined in the policies
- Manage a scorecard with the current status of the policies and similar
- Establish and maintain the Document Management System: structure, documents, process owners, and more
- Coordinate revisions, updates or creations of new documentation
- Assist internal and external audits and risk management assessments
- Prepare and deliver management reports
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and Natural Sciences preferred and/or equivalent training or experiences related to process definitions/implementations, QMS and similar
- Experience in a similar role including experience in leading a small team
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Fluent English (German would be a plus)
- High level of initiative and ownership
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize actions to help meet planned objectives
- Flexibility to travel
