Job Description
- Participation in the design, build, and implementation of ServiceNow
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting
- Develop systems integrations and process automation; Identify opportunities to leverage automation
- Systems monitoring, problem identification, analysis and resolution
- Application support for ServiceNow
- Develop ServiceNow software solutions using scripting languages
- Work with functional and administrator teams to deliver automated workflow solutions in ServiceNow
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in a similar position in an international environment
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
- Attention to detail, sense of responsibility and timelines.
- Fluent business English.
