Job Description
- Providing support for two Executives
- Managing complex calendar and email
- Organising business trips, meetings and events
- Taking minutes and providing follow up on key actions if needed
- Dealing with the flow of documents and internal communication
- Processing expenses
- Various other ad hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
- Have at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Have fluent command of English both written and verbal
- Display tact and discretion, as dealing with confidential information is an ongoing activity
- Have very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Possess strong time management and organisation skills
- Enjoy paying attention to details
- Prove excellent communications skills
- Be flexible, self-driven, pro-active and dynamic
