Job Description
- Supervise all accounting processes within the company
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS & US GAAP)
- Daily responsibility for accounting, balance sheet reconciliations and relevant external reporting
- Manage the relationships with the outsourced accounting providers and other third parties (social security authorities, tax authorities, vendors, external and internal clients)
- Manage month-end and year-end close process
- Manage financial systems and ensure the integrity of the data in these systems
- Prepare financial statements as well as tax and GUS declarations
- Work closely with professional tax advisors to ensure the accurate of all tax reporting including VAT and corporate tax returns, local tax, Intercompany polices (TP)
- Responsibility for the payroll process
- Be an active member of the finance management team
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in accounting or finance
- Professional qualification like ACCA will be an asset
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience on similar position
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
- Very good English is a must
- Proficiency in Excel
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- High class person with business attitude and top manners and courtesy
