Job description

• Processing incoming queries from the client and external suppliers via e-mail and over the phone
• Cooperating with the client and internal teams on a daily basis
• Building good relations with the client
• Provides support to junior team members
• Performs data entry and payments according to defined process rules
• Maintaining good relationship with the client and customers

You will be working in a team of 8 people providing services to 8 different European countries. Team members speak different languages, so you will have an opportunity to improve your language skills as well.
