Requirements:

• graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• experience / knowledge of financial modeling
• experience / knowledge of any of the following - public finance, public aid, urban development, smart city, public sector/EU, digitization/technology in public sector, circular economy, waste management, sustainable development - would be a strong asset
• advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint tools
• bright, resilient, detail-oriented, critical and strategic thinker able to solve complex problems
• excellent search and analytical skills, great organizational capabilities
• highly developed presentation and communication skills
• good team player, able to work independently on multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time
• strong focus on quality, attention to detail
• driven to succeed
• impeccable verbal and written communication skills, strong command of spoken and written English and Polish

Your future role

You will be one of experts dedicated to financial aspects of conducted projects. We advise our clients on the implementation of comprehensive investment projects and support them throughout the whole investment process, including financial / economic / profitability analysis and building financial models for a range of investment options identified in order to select the optimal option for implementation. We also support our clients in obtaining non-commercial financing and prepare financial analyses related with implementation of developed strategies.

What would be your responsibilities:

• conducting market research, monitoring relevant regulations and preparing solutions for our clients
• analysis of guidelines related to external financing of investments being implemented
• preparation of financial analyses, designing financial models for feasibility studies, strategies and other projects performed for public sector clients
• assistance in preparing business plans, feasibility studies, strategies, and other advisory projects for public clients
• participation in creating and implementation of complex and integrated solutions for urban development/regeneration and smart city solutions with strong focus on growing citizen participation
