Job Description
- To manage the end to end resourcing and recruitment process for hires including hiring manager relationships, internal movement, assignment and bench management
- Relationship management with vendors (recruitment agencies), review of cooperation
- Contact management with hiring manager, identifying their needs and setting priorities
- managing on-boarding process (locally and globally)
- Preparing strategy for employer branding activities and social media managing
- Providing accurate and regular reporting
- Initiating standardization and improvements of process
The Successful Applicant
- Academic Degree
- Experience in conducting and managing recruitment projects (preferable in IT environment)
- Previous experience of team management
- Proactive, collaborative and ability to work as part of a team with the impact on the business
