Due to current development plans, the company is looking for a Facility Leader responsible mainly for plant engineering operations, maintenance, construction works, investments and facilities budgeting. Daily work will be carried out from a production plant in south-eastern Poland.

Job Description
- Plant Engineering operations, maintenance and testing required for electrical distribution, compressed air systems, wastewater treatment plant, water supply, incinerators, fire monitoring and suppression systems
- Monitoring & maintenance of construction works rented by VLS like: building, gates, roads, parking places, etc.
- Cooperation during installations of facilities and productions equipment
- Managing all utilities including sourcing of electricity and natural gas providers, forecasting, tracking and optimizing energy use, and implementing energy projects to reduce cost and usage
- Responsibility for construction works, investments
- Civil/mechanical/electrical engineering
- Energy management/Utility infrastructure
- Utility supply sourcing and management
- Ergonomics/Industrial Hygiene
- Hazardous materials transportation/Chemical safety
- Energy management including press air generation, electricity, gas, heating/cooling, water, sewage
- Cooperating with all production departments
- Facilities budgeting
- Participating to audits as required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor/Master degree in Machinery, Electro, Technology, Energy
- Min. 3,5 years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of English
- Time management, priority setting, planning and organisation skills
- Developing negotiation & presentation skills
- Actively searches for improvement opportunities

- MS Office, Windows - excellent
