Job Description
- Work independently integrating comprehensive cross-process and cross-company requirements,
- Enhance and optimize process with strong emphasis on IT development,
- Based on individual knowledge and experience, you will design and advance IT changes,
- Define function, IT specifications and accompany the implementation by the supplier,
- Develop consistent approaches to optimize, standardize, automatize, and harmonize process,
- Involve in budget planning (cost and revenue) and other commercial aspects for refund services (incl. marginal return and price model),
- Facilitate communication with internal and external customers as well as service providers.
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration or comparable degree programs,
- Previous experience in process management (e.g. as Subject Matter Expert, Process Architect, etc.),
- Relevant experience in the application of process automation or innovation management,
- Highly IT oriented process and project management skills, ability to manage virtual (project) teams,
- Very good command of English language,
- Very good command of German language will be a great asset,
- Working knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel, PowerPoint),
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Openness for international traveling (20-60%).
