We are currently looking for:

HR International Benefits Specialist
HR International Benefits Specialist
Location: Kraków, małopolskie

As an HR International Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the administration and operational support of the international benefits programs, including retirement, health, and welfare plans. Your role will be focused on day-to-day administration of the benefit programs across Europe while interfacing with employees at all levels of the organization.

 

Key responisbilities include:

  • Manage the Poland pension plan administration
  • Securely manage eligibility data in Europe in a timely manner to ensure accurate eligibility, coverage and costs
  • Provide information on new enrollments, changes and terminations in Europe to benefit providers
  • Partner with benefit providers to facilitate events and projects throughout Europe
  • Serve as first point of contact for all benefit vendors in Europe (i.e. complaints, annual meetings, etc.)
  • Support local wellness initiatives
  • Assist with invoice management as needed
  • Support Workday benefits integration and HR transformation projects
  • Manage the Dublin commuter ticket program
  • Assist with the Sympass Card, lunch voucher and seniority gift voucher programs in Luxembourg
  • Manage the health screening reimbursement and eye care voucher programs in London
  • Regularly review benefit processes and update procedures
  • Focus on process improvement and propose enhancements to gain efficiencies

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related disciplines a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience working in health and retirement benefits administration or related disciplines
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Some knowledge of international health care, wellness, life, disability and retirement plan administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Polish required
  • Experience with Workday is a plus
