Job description:

This is an exciting role in a growing area allowing the candidate to gain an end to end view of our customer offer from product conception through to product delivery

Quality assurance standards are growing in the automotive and key account sector. Demands for achieving certification against IATF (International Automotive Task Force) 16949 and fulfilling Customer Specific Requirements are growing – this presents a huge challenge for the Company and for the industry to determine how to pragmatically comply with the new requirements.

• Priority for the candidate will be to support Tarragona and Cisliano plants to achieve IATF 16949 certification

• Embed the CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) requirements of some major key account customers representing the automotive, rail, wind and agricultural sectors in the plants and supporting processes (Sales, Customer Operations, Product Development, Material Scheduling & Procurement)

• Standardization of document types and formats across the region on process documentation & automotive core tools

• Support maintenance of the plant certifications and keep up to date against the evolving IATF and CSR requirements

• The role will have elements of being customer and external auditor 

Requirements:

• Technical background at University degree level

• Min. 2 years of experinece in Production's Quality Assurance

• Previous experience with ISO TS 16949 and/or IATF 16949 Quality Assurance standards and have gone through required certifications in elements like Internal Process Auditor for IATF requirements

• English min. C1

• Italian min. C1 (Spanish language will be an asset)

• Ability to negotiate with third parties

• Ability to work virtually with cross functional teams

• Experience in process manufacturing industry required
