Our client is a leading interior solution provider specialised on custom-made luxury interiors for private vehicles and residential buildings with international presence. We are currently searching for a Chief Commercial Officer (m/f), who manages the company under aspects of the overall strategy elaboration, sales development and execution of projects from the companies headquarter in Southern Austria.

Job Description
- Define and implement the overall strategy with the aim of developing business and the company's image as well as maximizing profitability
- Provide leadership to the project management, sales, marketing, customer service and procurement team
- Be responsible for the personnel planning including recruitment, definition of objectives and growth plans
- Develop the company's current and potential clients
- Develop and implement a strong communication strategy in order to create brand awareness
- Elaborate, supervise and approve project drawings and quotations and supervise the execution of projects with respect to efficiency, profitability and quality of work
- Manage the organisation of workshops
- Supervise the purchasing policy
The Successful Applicant
- Engineering or business background
- A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in the fit-out business (designer or general contractor)
- Proven leadership experience of teams with minimum 50 FTE
- High level drawing competency
- Commercial acumen, adaptable and very good organizational skills
- Fluent in German and French
- Open for relocation and settlement in Austria on a long-term basis
