• University graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
• 2+ years of experience in enterprise backup solutions;
• 2+ years of Microsoft system administration experience;
• Excellent knowledge of backup methodology;
• Very good knowledge of MS Windows Servers;
• Basic knowledge of VMWare products
• ITIL v3 foundation knowledge is an advantage;
• English – advanced level, both written and spoken;
• Analytical and problem solving ability;
• Verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

• Fulfilling day to day enterprise backup operations;
• Backup & recovery jobs monitoring and troubleshooting failures;
• Ensuring data integrity, and providing detailed documentation of operational procedures;
• Provide technical support and coordination for the Deloitte Central Europe enterprise backup systems, which will include evaluation, installation, and maintenance of all supporting technologies used to provide backup services;
• Take ownership of issues to see them through to resolution;
• Work with architecture team to review and coordinate implementation activities;
• Cooperate with vendors to pursue issue resolution when necessary;
• Cooperate with Incident Management during high and critical events;
• Prepare guides and documentation;
• Cooperate with Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center leaders and global IT teams;
• Supervise vendors in implementation and technical support tasks.
