• University graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree);
• 1+ years of experience in backup solutions;
• 1+ years of Microsoft system administration experience;
• Good knowledge of backup methodology;
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows Servers;
• Basic knowledge of VMWare products
• English – intermediate level, both written and spoken;
• Analytical and problem solving ability;
• Verbal and written interpersonal communication skills;
• Collaboration and team-oriented work philosophy.

• Provide high quality support to other technical colleagues related to Deloitte Central Europe backup systems;
• Monitor ticket queue and email to resolve backup failure issues;
• Take ownership of issues to see them through to resolution;
• Respond, track and escalate system incidents on all backup and recovery infrastructure;
• Cooperate with vendors to pursue issue resolution when necessary;
• Cooperate with Incident Management during high and critical events;
• Prepare guides and documentation;
• Cooperate with Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center leaders and global IT teams.
