Job Description
- Responsibility for and development of the company's omnichannel strategy on the Polish market in cooperation with the global omnichannel team
- Management and development of the digital team, providing necessary guidance and training, promoting knowledge sharing and proactiveness
- Realisation of online sales budget and goals
- Strategic consolidation and constant optimisation of digital customer contact points (marketing and sales processes) online and in stores to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Planning and realisation of comprehensive action plans in accordance with the given budget
- Continuous monitoring of all agreed KPIs, e.g. sales, visits in e-store, conversion rate, order value, turnover, etc., analysing, optimising and reporting results
- Development of customer knowledge and insights
- Coordination and development of various projects within digital segment
- Cooperation with other departments, especially marketing, sales, IT, purchasing, logistics, as well as global E-commerce and Omnichannel teams
- Promotion of digital knowledge and omnichannel approach, sharing best practices with local and international teams
The Successful Applicant
- University degree in business administration, marketing, digital marketing or similar fields
- Several years of professional experience in digital or/and e-commerce functions, including leadership experience
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and experience handling complex e-commerce and online marketing projects
- Practical knowledge of e-commerce technologies, web analytics software, etc.
- Proactiveness, passion and enthusiasm to new technologies and digital concepts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English or German language
- Readiness to participate in an induction training abroad for 3 to 4 working weeks
