Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:

Key activities

Purpose of Role:

  • Development, planning & execution of creative communication concepts, communication plans and related materials, aligned to strategies & requirements
  • Gatekeeper to the brands’ identity according to predefined standards & consistency of the message
  • Function as a communication expert and consultant for assigned product category and related brands in communication area

 

Key activities:

  • Develop, plan and execute communication strategy for assigned product launches.
  • Acting as a communication expert for interdependent/cooperating departments within the company
  • Work jointly together with various European functions and teams to deliver the best product communication strategy and overall experience
  • Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all communication content
  • Representing broad knowledge on items within various communication channels (print, mobile, online, Social Media)
  • Understanding key requirements per communication tool/material
    • Ensure design standards permeates the produced item
  • Ensure timely implementation of all mobile content to the highest standard, in time and within budget
  • Responsible for managing and tracking the product launche assigned budget
  • Responsible for reusing existing content (folio, article, html, pdf) to keep message  consistency
  • Managing the communication projects – work on communication concepts, master versions, collect approvals from interdependent depts., work according to predefined schedules, manage the localization of the materials
    • Main point of contact for the briefing of creative and translation agencies
    • Consult on relevant projects with Communication Project Manager to ensure alignment to other communication strategies
    • Providing support and guidance to other communication projects
    • Develop and monitor KPI for all developed assets and seek process improvements in all areas of responsibility
Profile we look for

Specialized knowledge

  • Knowledge of communication material production processes – design, creation, translation and localisation
  • Ability to understand and manage a creative process
  • Escalation and risk management process implementation
  • Managing budgets within agreed parameters
  • IT Literate - Excel/Word/Powerpoint/Acrobat (PDF Proofing),
  • Understanding of InDesign
  • Mobile environment literate
  • Knowledge of the process for developing marketing communications collateral, online and mobile
  • Knowledge of key online and mobile media, and excellent understanding of the role of each within the mix

 

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English (others preferable)
  • Continuous improvement approach – seeking to deliver better, faster, cheaper and continuously seeking for new trends within the online, mobile and print media world
