Job Description
- Direct cooperation with the plant production manager (business partner)
- Participation in group projects optimizing production work
- Analysis of individual production processes
- Analysis of the effectiveness of production processes in terms of costs, waste management, raw materials, packaging, semi-finished products
- Developing and analysis of production KPIs
- Participation in production budgeting
- Preparation of financial reports on deviations in production
- Supervision of standard costs, analysis and control of levels of overweight, waste, operational efficiency, loss determination
- Analysis and control of inventory
- Implementation of reporting systems / tools to improve control
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education (economics, accounting or finance)
- At least 4 years of experience in controlling the production company
- Expertise in financial and management accounting
- An in-depth understanding of the risks associated with the area of production in the area of logistics and sales
- Experience in implementing or improving ERP systems
- Ability to handle the MS Office package (in particular MS Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English
