Job Description
- Independent and comprehensive brand management,
- Development and implementation of the brand marketing and communication strategies,
- Preparation, coordination and implementation of image - related activities and campaigns,
- Effective launch of new brands on the market,
- Building brandbooks,
- Caring for consistent communication of the values standing behind the brand and the company,
- Analysis of the effectiveness of promotional and communication activities and supervision over the budget,
- Responsibility for conducting marketing research, market research,
- Monitoring and ongoing analysis of the market, consumer behavior and competition,
- Preparation of forecasts and analyzes based on market data,
- Cooperation with other departments in the company and external agencies.
The Successful Applicant
- You have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar position,
- You speak English very well (you will work with representatives of 7 countries on a daily basis),
- You know the financial / banking industry (experience in working in this industry is welcome),
- You have independently and successfully managed brand image projects (and you can show them),
- You have highly developed interpersonal skills, ease of communication,
- You have analytical skills, you approach clients with interest,
- You like working in projects, you like dynamic work environment,
- You are characterized by passion, commitment, initiative and willingness to act.
