Responsibilities:
  • responsibility for recruiting process globally by identifying talent who will drive business goals,
  • drive strategic projects aimed at improving the way the organization attracts, retain and develop talent,
  • manage recruitment team and coordinate recruitment agencies,
  • develop and maintain an ongoing pool of candidates through strategic sourcing and research,
  • build relationships with pipeline organizations for talent,
  • participate in industry conferences and events,
  • provide guidance and insight to management to help attract, retain and develop top talent,
  • identify trends, issues and opportunities in the marketplace relevant to your talent pools,
  • coordinate with other departmental recruiters to assist with open positions in other functional areas.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of corporate recruitment / talent acquisition experience including 3+ years of team management experience,
  • global perspective with the ability to successfully adapt to a continuously growing and changing environment,
  • solid knowledge of how to leverage multiple sourcing tools,
  • ability to effectively handle and manage highly confidential information,
  • strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet or exceed deadlines,
  • proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions and talent driven projects simultaneously while remaining effective,
  • superior work ethic, accountability and ownership of work,
  • demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
