Responsibilities:
- responsibility for recruiting process globally by identifying talent who will drive business goals,
- drive strategic projects aimed at improving the way the organization attracts, retain and develop talent,
- manage recruitment team and coordinate recruitment agencies,
- develop and maintain an ongoing pool of candidates through strategic sourcing and research,
- build relationships with pipeline organizations for talent,
- participate in industry conferences and events,
- provide guidance and insight to management to help attract, retain and develop top talent,
- identify trends, issues and opportunities in the marketplace relevant to your talent pools,
- coordinate with other departmental recruiters to assist with open positions in other functional areas.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of corporate recruitment / talent acquisition experience including 3+ years of team management experience,
- global perspective with the ability to successfully adapt to a continuously growing and changing environment,
- solid knowledge of how to leverage multiple sourcing tools,
- ability to effectively handle and manage highly confidential information,
- strong organizational skills and the ability to use independent judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet or exceed deadlines,
- proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions and talent driven projects simultaneously while remaining effective,
- superior work ethic, accountability and ownership of work,
- demonstrates the ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
