Job Description
- Manage outsourced warehouse management provider (3PL)
- Deliver productivity and efficiency at its highest, by working closely with the 3PL and through continuous improvement in order to deliver "Best In Class" KPIs to dealer network through a strong Supply Chain
- Deliver total quality of inventory integrity, by working closely with the 3PL
- Monitor all the KPIs (Productivity; Quality: Bin denials, Error ratios, Inventory loss; Safety; Services ;…)
- Produce monthly reporting on Parts Operations
- Manage integration of new business in the Parts Operations
- Manage process improvement initiatives and investment projects
- Drive integration, alignment of Distribution Best Practices in Poland depot
- Control cost, expenses, and headcount to ensure budget and targets defined
- Coordination with Transport team to ensure the correct set up in terms of inbound, intra-plant and distribution activities
- Manage administrative functions as per policy and procedures
- Train, develop and motivate employees and 3PL to improve commitment, reduce turnover, and achieve quality metrics
The Successful Applicant
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Manage time effectively
- Knowledge: warehousing, supply chain, inventory management, shipping and receiving procedures.
- Experience in facilitation/coaching/training and managing an outsourced service provider
- Good knowledge and skills of controlling operational costs
- Project Management
- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge of operational tools especially those linked to warehouse Key Performance Indicators and Health & Safety
