Credit Controller
Credit Controller
Work place: Warszawa

Responsibilities:
  • coordinate the debts of existing creditors and to determine whether to allow credit to a debtor, 
  • handle the collection of finances and the resolution of account queries,
  • raising sales invoices and issuing credit notes,
  • managing debt recovery,
  • builds and maintains close links with all customers,
  • checking customer’s credit ratings with banks,
  • setting up the terms and conditions of a loan,
  • timely and effective collection of all debts and customers payments,
  • negotiating repayment plans,
  • posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting systems,
  • providing accounts information to internal departments.
Requirements:
  • University Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economy,
  • minimum 1,5 years of relevant professional experience, 
  • solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, 
  • English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written, 
  • competence in Microsoft Office products and accounting software programmers (previous experience in the use of SAP, knowledge of VBA will be an asset),
  • ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels, 
  • ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail, 
  • capacity to solve problems, identify options and propose a reasoned solution.
