For our Client, an international well known developing logistic company, currently we are looking for candidates on Controlling Manager position based in Warsaw.

Job Description
  • Responsible for monthly preparation of Profit & Loss statements;
  • Responsible for management reporting;
  • Preparation of quarterly rolling forecasts and annual targets (revision, variances, analysis, comments);
  • Preparation of monthly Management MIS;
  • Participation in annual statutory and tax accounts preparation in alignment with accounting & reporting Team;
  • Cooperation with treasury department;
  • Analysis and preparation of Business Investment Application;
  • Process optimization and change management in line with smart lean principles;
  • Close cooperation with regional controlling and regional reporting team;
  • Takes ownership for queries of internal and external stakeholders and resolves them in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Cooperation with external institutions: tax advisors, auditors;
The Successful Applicant
  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent industry;
  • Min. 8 - 10 years of professional controlling experience -the logistics industry will be strong asset;
  • Min. 2 year of Team Management experience;
  • Fluent command of English language, knowledge of German is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
  • Profound Excel, Access, Tableu knowledge will be an asset;
  • Team player;
  • Good and eloquent communicator (internal & external stakeholders);
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to positively question the status-quo and aim for process improvements;
  • Able to plan and prioritize own workload, workload of the team and adhere to timelines;
