Job Description
- Manage and oversee manufacturing sites in two locations in Lodz area
- Define strategic short & long term objectives, targets and budget for the plant with its realization and regular follow - up keeping optimum ROC & ROI with linked FCF, EBIDTA
- Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operations, which ensure the most effective run of the assets follow health, safety & environmental rules
- Establish group & individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction through SWOT analysis and weak points' elimination to get synergy results
- Foster a well - trained and motivated staff basis on strong communication among Team, conduct employee performance review follow multi skills & multi competences
- Establish a culture of Continuous Improvement, ensuring availability and application of the appropriate tools and skills set (lean, six sigma)
- Drive Continuous Improvement projects throughout Operations to achieve financial savings
The Successful Applicant
- Master Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an operational manufacturing management in an international environment
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience of injection moulding processes
- The ability to demonstrate effectiveness in achieving key objectives and performance indicators, plus experience of working to budgets (essential)
- Knowledge on how to develop and improve manufacturing and planning strategies
- Ability to lead people and get results through others and to perform short and long range planning
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
- Leader who possess self confidence and is willing to take risks
- Fluency in English and Polish
