Ensure coverage of the Arla IT system landscape with test automation

We are setting up a new test automation scrum team in Gdansk to design, implement and execute the automated regression test suite in Arla IT. The suite covers all essential solutions in Arla and is business critical. We are in the urgent need of increasing coverage of the suite but also improving it to support our continuous agile transformation supporting the trains in creating more frequent releases.

Your job as a Test Automation Engineer, being part of the new test automation team, will be to create custom controls in Tosca ensuring it supports our entire system landscape, but also to support the rest of the team in designing, implementing and executing automated test cases.

Your main tasks are: 

• Development of new custom controls (GUI and non-GUI)
• Customization and extension of Arla specific controls
• Implementing integrations
• Setting up continuous testing/integration
• Documentation of customizations and storing of those in ServiceNow

Software Development and Test Automation experience

You will be the technical expert in the new scrum team supporting the team as well as the agile release trains with custom controls in Tosca. Therefor it will be necessary for you to have experience with programming in Java, C#, or similar. Furthermore, the following is expected:  

• B.S./M.S. in CS or engineering; or equivalent
  • 3+ Years professional experience in a software role
  • Test automation using different tools; Tosca experience is a plus
  • ServiceNow experience is an advantage
    • Communicative skills
    • Likes to be challenged and stays calm under pressure
    • Strong analytical skills
