We are looking for candidates, who are ready to join the delivery team providing Credit to Cash processes for our existing client within Media and Entertainment sector. The scope involved covers processes: Collection, Disputes Management and Reporting.
The chosen candidates will be responsible for Credit-to-Cash processes for French-speaking customers.

Main accountabilities:

• Perform Credit-to-Cash tasks, including voice contact with customers and client (in French and English)
• Actively identify improvement areas and propose new solutions
• Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
