CEE Recruitment Project Manager

 

The role:

  • Contribute to driving strategic projects in CEE Recruitment & Attraction function and related change management, taking on sub-areas or tasks  

  • Encourage recruitment efficiency including the usage of recruitment tools/system

  • Drive Candidate Experience across recruitment process in CEE

  • Drive strategic communication with key stakeholders (HC and Recruitment community) and Leadership  

  • Work with R&A network and external vendors to deliver high quality Recruitment and Attraction projects & content in time  

  • Analyse data and prepare business cases based on analysis

  • Work closely with the network of of CEE recruiters to achieve process improvements

  • Monitor key trends in Recruitment and Attraction technologies while cooperating with stakeholders from other big territories of PwC (UK, USA, China, Germany, etc) and decide/implement relevant ones for the CEE region

  • Maintain documentation - prepare project plans, supporting materials and priority/process overview

The Candidate’s profile:

  • Min 3 years of project management experience preferably within Human Capital function in a complex organization, preferably “in-house”  

  • Experience from Recruitment or/and Attraction arenas

  • Experience with working cross –border, having managed Human Capital projects delivery for senior stakeholders who are based in different territories  

  • Solid project management skills along with strong attention to details

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge of Human Capital practises, techniques and standards

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Be able to prioritize and focus on delivery, interest in learning more about systems and modern technology within the R&A function

  • Previous experience working with Workday big plus

  • Be energetic, determined and positive – even under pressure

  • Self-directed and a demonstrated strong sense of urgency

  • Strong business acumen  

  • Influencing and relationship building skills are absolutely vital
