Job Description
- Guides business leaders through change initiatives
- Drive and support implementation and standardisation of all new hr & business processes within the company
- Support management teams on design, structure, employees costs management using insights and analytics to help them make key decisions that will support business growth and add value
- Support the enhancement process, advising and guiding managers through all aspects of the process: coaching, compensation & benefits reviews, talent and career management processes
- Consult and understand Learning & Development needs across the company
- Working with business leaders to build an inclusive culture to ensure all our employees fulfil their potential
- Develop with the management any HR initiatives relating to sourcing strategy, employee engagement and retention challenges; Informing and driving decisions on developing talent and teams
- Understanding all elements of compensation & benefits packages, partnering with expertise colleagues to be in line with local market changes, preparing the right analyses to ensure fairness and integrity in all decisions
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- Strong HR individual experience gained in a fast-paced environment, preferably FMCG/manufacturing companies
- Success track record in supporting changes within dynamically growing companies
- Profound knowledge of best practices in HR business partnering (ie. training and development, coaching, sourcing strategies, retention management, planning, total rewards policies)
- Experience in design & implement new procedure and processes; change management
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organization to influence and coach other managers
- Business acumen, capable of directing change management initiatives
- Pattern recognition & systemic thinking
- Can-do attitude and holistic view
- Fluent command of English is necessary
