Job Description
- Supporting the whole customer service cycle from order to invoice
- Support all aspects of order entry and order management for sales and consignment orders received for assigned geography
- Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time, within agreed KPI targets
- Process all Sales Order types
- Communicate with internal departments
- Compliance with relevant quality goals and procedures
The Successful Applicant
- 0-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of French, German, Italian, Finland, Dannish, Norwegian, Swedish or Turkish language
- Experience in ERP system preferred
