Main responsibilities:
Independent administration and follow up of a set of ArcelorMittal Customer credit limits, in accordance with the Credit Management procedure, providing the following tasks:
- Collect requests from Sales Agencies
- Create a request in insurances systems
- Control customer credit limits
- Monitor the credit decision and updating details in SAP system
- Inform Sales Agencies about decisions of credit limits of insurance companies
- Monitor periodic credit limits/ compare current limits with current outstanding
- Verification and control of bank guarantees
- Control late payments
- Manage relations with credit insurers
- Cooperate with the encashment, invoicing and master data department
- Assist in meetings with sales teams, and customers when needed
- Follow up and exchange best practices when Credit Management is done locally within the agencies and participate in local Credit Management meetings
- Report important overpassing of limits and any issue relating to the job description to direct supervisor
Requirments:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English,
- Good knowledge of French is plus,
- At least Bachelor Degree (Finance, Economy would be an asset),
- Proficient in using MS Office products, in particular Excel, Word;
- High level of motivation, ability to work under stress;
- Very good organizational skills and communication skills;
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
