Job Description
- Inform management of collections and credit issues & work closely with internal Customer Services, Sales and outsourcing teams to resolve credit and billing issues
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders in O2C process to resolve outstanding customer queries
- Assisting in the establishment and maintenance of the policies and procedures dictated by Credit Control management when it relates to credit risk evaluation, collection, exposure control and provision bad debt
- Prepare credit rating reports on customer
- Investigate financial standing and approve (or reject) credit applications & reviewing financial information regularly on existing accounts
- Establish and control credit lines for new & existing clients
- Prioritize cash collection activities daily and execute on it by phoning and emailing overdue customers
The Successful Applicant
- Very good Hungarian and good English
- 3 + years finance and/or Credit Controller experience
- Knowledge of O2C tools/systems
- Working within a multicultural environment
- Experience of working as business partner with management
- Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills
