Job Description
  • Delivering and facilitating end to end CRM projects within agreed timeline,
  • Ensuring the CRM is implemented in the best way,
  • Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored,
  • Defining project needs and required resources to execute the CRM projects successfully,
  • Promoting the advantages of using CRM across the business,
  • Preparing the materials, presentations, reports summarizing work progress against the plan,
  • Leading and managing, as well as mentoring and coaching the small team,
  • Maximizes team efficiency by creating and implementing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work tasks/plans aligned with project initiatives,
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved in project realization,
  • Monitoring the budget realization.
The Successful Applicant
  • Higher education degree,
  • Experience in the CRM implementation, including integration with ERP and other business systems,
  • Experience in project management,
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques,
  • Project Management certifications is a strong plus,
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal,
  • Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness,
  • Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities,
  • A strong customer centric approach,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent English language command.
