Job Description
- Delivering and facilitating end to end CRM projects within agreed timeline,
- Ensuring the CRM is implemented in the best way,
- Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilization is monitored,
- Defining project needs and required resources to execute the CRM projects successfully,
- Promoting the advantages of using CRM across the business,
- Preparing the materials, presentations, reports summarizing work progress against the plan,
- Leading and managing, as well as mentoring and coaching the small team,
- Maximizes team efficiency by creating and implementing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work tasks/plans aligned with project initiatives,
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders involved in project realization,
- Monitoring the budget realization.
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education degree,
- Experience in the CRM implementation, including integration with ERP and other business systems,
- Experience in project management,
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques,
- Project Management certifications is a strong plus,
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal,
- Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness,
- Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities,
- A strong customer centric approach,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent English language command.
