Job description:

 
Job Purpose:
Performance and Reporting Senior Specialist will be a member of AP Process Excellence team with responsibility for the direction, coordination, implementation of various strategic and operational projects/ initiatives. This includes generation of complex reports, analysis and synthesis to provide insights and advice for improvements.
On top the focus will be to identify opportunities for automation of crucial Management Information components.
 
 
Principal Accountabilities:
 
  • Develop technical proposals to meet Operational requirements, and identify pros and cons of each solution considering; existing technology, usability, flexibility/maturity and supportability of the solution, implementation duration, and risks
  • Being up to date with regular AP cross business process performance review to seek area for process improvement
  • Complex data analysis with clear automation proposals
  • Understand requirements from a business perspective
  • Review proposed solutions and alternatives
  • Identify and discuss cross-workstream impacts
  • Focus on maintaining an integrated RtP end-to-end process
  • Proactively collaborate with IT, CI, Process Experts, Process Architects to drive Process Excellence agenda
  • Playing vital role in suggesting process improvements, proposing solutions and working on their implementation
  • Conducting appropriate analysis activities to support the achievement of project
  • Perform other duties as may be required

 

Requirements:
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

 

  • +5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Preferably in Accounts Payable Process
  • +3 years of reporting background and experience with data management
  • Analytical mindset with focus on identification of reporting automation opportunities
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Ability to analyze complex, multi-source data under time pressure
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and VBA, at least basic SQL understanding
  • Ability to translate requirements into application code
  • Advanced interpersonal skills: ability to collect requirements and communicate with clarity across various levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently on multiple assignments
  • Delivering the results in line with agreed schedule
  • Ability to effectively document technical work
  • Proactive reaction on all appearing opportunities moving the process towards excellence
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence standards.
  • Collaborative approach
  • Knowledge of at least one of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Spotfire, Webi, QlikView) would be an asset
  • Fluency in English
