What will you do:

As Order To Cash Team Leader, you will have to develop both good client relationships and motivated and energetic team. Mostly, you will:

• Manage your team and plan daily work
• Act a first point of contact with client to ensure issue resolutions and process improvements
• Support your team in their career development
• Work with the Client Service Manager to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met
• Cooperate with management and other teams across the company

Qualifications

What do we expect:

• Management experience in leading teams of 12-20 people, min. 1 year
• Relevant Order to Cash or Customer Service experience min. 2 years/ will be relevant
• Microsoft package
• Fluent Italian (C1) + very good English (B2)
• ERP knowledge be an asset (SAP)
• Strong motivational skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks
