Job Description
- Provide a consistently high-level of customer service (answering questions related to terms and conditions of employment and other HR processes)
- Processing changes in employment life cycle (new hire, transfer, termination)
- Preparing employment documentation (e.g. contract, annexes, leaver letter, certificates)
- Calculating Payroll
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Manage work hours and overtime based on the company time and attendance policy and the labour law
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and payroll administration
- Excellent knowledge of Polish labour law
- Fluent in Polish and communicative knowledge of English (at least B1 level)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a never give up attitude
