- Develop a clear trading strategy in the framework of the overall group strategy.
- Identify new business areas, including new products to grow profitability.
- Develop targets for the field sales teams, and monitor performance.
- Disciplinary and technical lead of the entire field sales force in Poland and Czech Republic.
- Create and maintain contact to key decision makers in the industry.
- Take responsibility for price and budget/funds decisions.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 -8 years of successful professional background in sales / business development and team management.
- Background in vehicle rental, business travels or corporate service sector is essential for the role.
- College degree or equivalent.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.
- Fluency in English would be essential.
- Experience in working within an international matrix organisation.
- Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
