Who we're looking for

We are looking for Partners and Directors On-boarding Manager for our Central European (CE) Team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional in the HR or Consulting area who has knowledge of firm processes, is tech savvy and has an experience in a professional services firm.  

The On-boarding Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of HR or Consulting experience, primary in a professional services firm;
  • University degree, preferably in management/economics;
  • Strong communication skills, including in English;
  • Very good organizational skills;
  • Systematic, process and conceptual thinking;
  • Focus on detail and results;
  • Responsiveness and team spirit;
  • Ability to manage risks;
  • Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and often virtual environment for effective outcomes;
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Your future role

  • Overall responsibility for coordination of on-boarding processes of newly hired / promoted Partners and Directors;
  • Organization of processes, coordination and facilitation of communication among key stakeholders;
  • Assistance in the on-boarding-related communication process;
  • Monitoring of effectiveness of the on-boarding processes;
  • Close cooperation with local talent teams and the recruitment office to ensure successful on-boarding of new Partners and Directors;
  • Cooperation with the Regional Talent Team to align the on-boarding processes from the general point of view;
  • Providing ideas to enhance the process with the aim to ensure positive on-boarding experience for new Partners and Directors;
  • Searching for the best practices in this area and proposing to apply the relevant practice within the CE region.
