Job Description
- Managing and prioritising the diaries of the Management Team
- Arranging meetings - minutes taking and follow up with teams on key actions
- Organising business trips and accommodation
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations
- Providing accurate and professional responses to both internal and external queries
- Processing expenses in conjunction with the expense policy
- Arranging purchase orders and payment of invoices where necessary
- Various other ad hoc tasks and projects as required
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience at supporting the management level, including complex diaries management
- Strong MS Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Advanced knowledge of English both verbal and written
- Ability to liaise with all levels within the Company, Management Team, external customers
- Team player with flexible attitude to responsibilities and changing priorities
- Utmost discretion when working with extremely confidential and sensitive issues
- Drive, persistence, a 'can-do' attitude and assertiveness
