• University graduate (Bachelor or Master degree) or secondary school with relevant experience in IT area;
• Previous experience of using enterprise IT solutions;
• Working experience in a multinational firm is an advantage;
• Knowledge of security technologies is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows client and server operating systems;
• Knowledge of Service Now platform is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
• English – advanced level, both written and spoken;

• Maintain the software asset register on an ongoing basis;
• Obtain proof and evidence of ownership of software licenses for software including local procurements;
• Verify periodically that only authorized software is used on DCE computers to ensure compliance with software vendor contracts and license terms;
• Verify that software and software licenses obtained from public networks are also compliant with terms and conditions;
• Perform mitigating actions in case unauthorized, illegal or illegitimate software is found on user computers and servers;
• Report periodically regarding the results of software license audits;
• Support exception from technology restriction process;
• Support new system/application requests process.
