Purpose Of Role:

As part of the Middle Office team dedicated to AXA-IM, ensure an excellent quality of service related to cash management.


Specific Duties:

•Establish and maintain good business relationships with our client (AXA-IM) and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner

•Establish and maintain an effective collaboration with the client, State Street Paris teams, State Street offshore teams and external custodians

•Scope of BAU activity: cash forecast, cash transfer, cash reconciliation and record keeping

•Address findings and errors in order to prevent occurrences and create written procedures where needed

•Independent research and resolution of complex issues that may arise

To be successful in this role, your experience should include:

•Good technical skills in using MS Office

•Good knowledge of financial instruments
•Fluency in English required, French language skills beneficial
•Strong organizational skills
•Self-motivated with the strength to take control and ownership of a situation
