Job Description
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes within the Center for selected positions,
- Adjusting Job Descriptions to attract adequate Candidates,
- Providing recommendations to the hiring Managers,
- Participating in Employer Branding initiatives (job fairs, articles, advertising),
- Cooperation with universities in order to promote CSR for social media,
- Monitoring of local SSC BPO job market,
- Providing administrative support for Assessment/Development Center sessions,
- Providing administrative support for on-boarding activities,
- Supporting selected HR projects in the area of Employer Branding/Talent Management/Interviewing Skills training,
- Liaising with internal customers and external service providers,
- Preparing statistics, regular and ad hoc reports.
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education degree,
- Working experience in the recruitment business, as either an external consultant or internal recruiter,
- Proven ability to conduct many different profiles of vacancies (in a matter of functional and seniority scope),
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and international environment,
- Professional attitude,
- Some experience at SSC/BPO/ITO business will be an asset,
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
