Project Coordinator (temporary contract)

Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:

Key activities


  • Leads short term projects and sub projects within large scale transformation program (Implementation of e-commerce platform for EIA Region)
  • Coordinates the work of IT team, including internal and external parties
  • Develops, manages and reviews status of projects, manages schedules and prepares reports, communicates appropriately to key stakeholders
  • Coordinates Cutover related activities: conduct trainings and coordinates project task execution for sustem setup, data migration and validation
  • Participates in creation of deployment plan and project plan setup in Clarity tool, Jira, Confluence
  • Participates in building tools and project management methodology framework
  • Co-responsible for issue management, follow-up with relevant stakeholders to ensure mitigation
  • Provides scheduled and ad-hoc support to different parties within business transformation program
  • Performs preparation activities and planning to project events, on boarding sessions, discovery workshops and collaboration meetings
Profile we look for
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Experience in leading international projects
  • Master University degree preferred, or equivalent work experience with Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project and/or other project management tools
  • Ability to work in an international project environment
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to handle multiple work streams and ad-hoc tasks simultaneously
