Your responsibilities would include:

• Managing and overseeing the team responsible for cash collection, credit risk analysis, cash/bank applications, as well as for customer support for the assigned Operating Company (OpCo), in line with the defined SLAs
• Managing the month end timetable
• Managing the provision of standard reports
• Monitoring and reviewing process controls, and taking the appropriate action when needed
• Supporting internal/external audits
• Monitoring team performance against PPIs, SLAs, OLAs and ensuring timely reporting of daily metrics
• Leading, guiding and directing the team
• Taking ownership of issues, escalating as appropriate and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution
• Identifying/Implementing continuous improvement and standardization opportunities
• Leading or participating in projects that positively impact the HEINEKEN Cracow organization

You are The Candidate if:

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience as a leader
• You have at least 4 years of professional experience in accountancy or finance area 
• You have excellent command of English langauge skills
• You have  knowledge of financial and operational processes
• You have ability to motivate, inspire and drive team’s performance
• You have ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• You have strong communication skills
• You have change management skills
• You have good knowledge of Excel
• You have Bachelor or University degree; Master level in Business Economics or Accountancy will be a strong asset
