Your responsibilities would include:
  1. STRATEGY -  Develop and implement the Change Management strategy in line with overall HGSS strategy. Identify the most expected and potential points of reluctance to change. Develop counter strategies to reduce the unwillingness and address the doubts and uncertainty surrounding the change to foster a positive acceptance of change.End responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that:
  • maximise buy-in for the change,
  • manage and mitigate the impact of change plans on employees and organisation,
  • minimise resistance to increase the benefit realisation and value creation and
  • maximise employee awareness and adoption
  1. Active participation in Leadership Team meetings. Act as a first point of contact in terms of change in the organisation. Secure Leadership engagement by advising on and driving senior stakeholder management
  2. Builds Change Management CAPABILITIES in the organisation by knowledge sharing and designing good practice materials
  3. Secure ALIGNMENT and INTEGRATION of change management activities into overall programme/project plan
  4. Drive the EMBEDDING OF CHANGE into sustainable standing organisation (linked to culture)
  5. Identify STAKEHOLDERS at all stages and levels of the change projects and define an effective stakeholder engagement plan
  6. Secure LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENT by advising on and driving senior stakeholder management
  7. Collaborate and engage actively with Communication, Organisational Development and HR Business Partner colleagues
  8. Be a change management AMBASSADOR and propagate the change community as well as the change thinking
You are The Candidate if:

Master's degree

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in change management or change related areas, such as HR, Corporate Relations, programme management or business in an international environment
  • Experience in organisational change
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with programme management approaches, tools and phases of the programme lifecycle
  • Able to work effectively and build relationships at all levels in an organisation
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to spar and challenge on senior level
  • Critical business expertise and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Measures of success:
  • Achievement of the programme/project objectives (shared responsibility)
  • Stakeholder satisfaction on management level
  • Satisfactory engagement scores of (in-scope) employees
  • Overal change plan and deliverables designed and executed in timely and at high quality
  • Noticeable results from change interventions and instruments (by programme/project manager)
  • Positive feedback from programme/project manager and programme/project team
