Job Description
As Project Manager you will collaborate with your colleagues in the Global Infrastructure Team, Business Technology and the wider organisation. Working in a Delivery Team will be very demanding and the expectations on quality and deliverables of work are high. As an integral part of the team it is expected that you:
- Actively participate in a global team of talented system engineers to build PageGroup's infrastructure systems, contributing to the team development
- Maintian high communication levels and actively transfer knowledge
- Work collaboratively with Infrastructure Delivery Teams and other stakeholders (e.g Infrastructure Operations Team) to ensure plans are fully aligned and the relationships are conducive towards successful delivery of change
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, while working with diverse audiences including highly technical IT professionals, developers, architects and SEM
- Apply and follow internal project management methodology
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
The Successful Applicant
Your experiences:
- Proven working experience in project management (5 years)
- Experience with Azure and Telco projects is plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Project
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification
- Proactive, strong team player (regionally and globally), solution oriented, lateral thinker
