- Managing a team of Intercompany Specialists
- Planning people development and building high potentials career path
- Planning and executing SSC strategy (staff management and service delivery)
- Acting as a strategic business partner for all world locations
- Managing Intercompany process
- Owning KPIs and presenting them to the Business
- Promoting continuous improvement culture resulting in cost efficient processes and high quality of day to day operations
- Being a functional BPO for Intercompany
The Successful Applicant
- Master degree in Accounting or Business preferred
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting or finance transformation including experience in management/lead role
- Experience in working in SSC environment
- Fluent English
- Strong collaborator across various functional organizations
- Proven ability to hold others accountable
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to drive the timely resolution of identified problem areas
- Understanding of sound internal control activities and practices
