Candidate’s profile

  • Good communication skills
  • Good English Skills
  • Experience with Windows environments, including Windows 7 & 10, MS Office and Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of LAN, WLAN & WAN networks
  • General knowledge of Virtual Private Networks
  • General knowledge of Citrix environment would be an asset

Job description

  • Provide second line technical support
  • Perform non-standard application installations
  • Support first line agents in more complicated tasks
  • Create new know-how solutions based on fixed issues
  • Support and training of first line analysts
  • Apply technical knowledge to meet resolution targets
