WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Working on a large-scale Business / Operational Transformation projects
- Designing and implementing sales incentive programs or related activities such as quota setting, segmentation, and coverage model
- Presenting the results of the business analyses to the C-level executives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience of at least two years in sales or related organization alignment, focused on the business process administration of sales incentives – from sales incentive planning and modelling through tracking, calculating, reporting and further analysing
- Knowledge of the following systems would be an additional advantage: Callidus TrueComp, Centive, eXactly, Merced / Practique, Oracle IC, Siebel ICM / Motiva, Trilogy, or Varicent
- Higher education: at least Bachelor’s degree
- Willingness to travel: at least 50% of your time
- Knowledge of additional foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Russian or Spanish would be an additional asset
